Terraced three-bay three-storey house, built c. 1770, refurbished c. 1890 and a pair of dormer windows added. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and gabled dormers. Rendered walls to ground floor with roughcast render to upper floors. Timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening flanked by render pilasters, with render architrave above, and having replacement timber panelled door.

The scale and form of this house make a positive contribute to the streetscape, and the building is a notable addition to the quayside. The building retains many interesting features and materials, such as the timber sash windows and gabled dormers.
