Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c. 1835, having dormer extension; slate pitched roof, plain render finish to walls, timber sash windows retained to all but attic storey, round-headed door opening, bracketed eaves and railing to front garden.
One of an intact terrace retaining railings to front garden. The south facing terrace is also very important to the streetscape.
