End of terrace two-bay three-storey house, c. 1835. Slate pitched roof with rendered chimney stack. Painted render finish. Retaining two over two timber sash windows and timber entrance door in square-headed door opening, with plain overlight. Wrought iron window guard to ground floor. Street frontage, with enclosed area and three-storey annexe to rear.

This mid-nineteenth century terraced house has an unusually intact exterior and is distinguished by retaining its timber sash window and slate roof. It is the most significant of its type in this terrace.
