Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c. 1835, with timber pilaster pubfront inserted to ground floor, c. 1900; slate pitched roof, timber sash windows and panelled doors.

This building is one of a pair and retains a well preserved timber pilaster shopfront and panelled doors; two over two timber sash windows are also retained, as well as a slate roof making this one of the best preserved buildings of its type in this area of the city.
