Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c. 1810, refurbished c. 1994; having double-pitched artificial slate roof with aluminium rooflight, dashed render finish and plain plinth band, replacement uPVC casement windows, retaining square-headed timber doorcase with cornice, frieze carved with garland motif and decorative pilasters, timber panelled entrance door with overlight; street frontage with cast iron railing to front and small enclosed area to rear.

Although altered, this late-Georgian terraced house retains significance as part of longer early nineteenth-century terrace.
