End-of-terrace two-bay three-storey over basement house, c. 1845, having round-headed doorway with plain overlight and small front garden. Slate pitched roof having flat roofed dormer to front elevation and carved eaves brackets. Rough cast render to walls.

One of a group of three houses built to a large scale, this classically proportioned building has been altered by the replacement of the timber sash windows, door and overlight, but retains other original elements. It stands on a prominent south facing site.
