Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1870, now in use as offices. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Red brick walls to upper floors. Rendered walls to ground floor with string course above and having moulded render surrounds to openings. Timber sliding sash windows to upper floors. Timber panelled doors having toplights. Replacement window to ground floor with cast-iron railings.
The scale and form of this building make a notable and positive contribution to the streetscape. Built in the latter part of the nineteenth century, this former house retains interesting features and materials, such as the timber sliding sash windows, slate roof, timber panelled doors, and cast-iron railings.
