What is recorded here

End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1906. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and gabled dormer windows. Rendered walls having raised render surrounds to ground floor openings. Timber sliding sash windows and replacement timber panelled door with toplight.
The scale and form of this house make positive contribution to the streetscape. The façade is enlivened by the raised render detail, and the building is enhanced by the retention of original features and materials, such as the timber sliding sash windows and slate roof.
