Indicated is a well-preserved circular rath on a NW-facing hill slope in County Galway, its 37.4m diameter marked by a bank and partial external fosse. A field wall now overlies the ancient bank from north to east-northeast, blending human utility with older shape. The fort stands intact enough to suggest it resisted forgetting, even as centuries buried parts of its boundary under ordinary farm life.
