Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c.1820. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack, rendered rubble stone eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered wall to ground floor, roughcast rendered walls to first and second floors. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills to ground floor, having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Diminishing camber-headed window openings with render sills to first and second floors, having square-headed two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening having render plinth blocks, tooled stone step and timber panelled door surmounted by single-pane overlight.

Along with its neighbouring building, this pair makes an important contribution to a streetscape which has lost much of its historic character. The visual contrast created by the lined-and-ruled rendering and the roughcast rendering adds variety to the façade, while the retention of traditional features such as sash windows, slate roof and cast-iron rainwater goods helps to maintain the house's historic character.
