Coolcurtoga holds a subrectangular stone, ninety centimetres tall and sixty-five centimetres wide, pointing east toward The Paps of Dana. Gorse smothers the stone, hiding most of its shape while leaving enough visible to suggest it still stands rather than lies broken. The pasture is rough, the view distant, and the stone patient enough to wait for someone willing to pull back the thorns.

In rough gorse-covered hill pasture, with views E to The Paps of Dana. This standing stone (Wth 0.65m; H 0.9m) is subrectangular in plan and orientated E-W. It is obscured by a dense growth of gorse.
