What is recorded here

Indicated is a stone ringfort on a Mayo hilltop, its narrow wall enclosing a small area above an exposed rock outcrop. The southeast gap may have served as the entrance, while the surrounding view stretches unbroken in every direction. A field fence now crosses the northern edge, blending human ownership with older boundary-making. The fort still presents itself as a place for watching, judging, or being seen return.

On hilltop, with extensive view on all sides. Subcircular area (26.5m N-S; 22m E-W), enclosed by stone wall (Wth 3m; H 0.7m). Field fence overlies site on N. Gap (Wth 2.4m) in SE may have been entrance. Interior contains rock outcrop. The above description has been derived from D.
