Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Clooskirt is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Clooskirt, County Sligo, Ireland. It stands in pasture on top of a ridge as a roughly circular area thirty-two metres wide with a one-point-two-metre scarp. A field boundary and trackway cut the interior at the southwest, while slight traces of a three-metre external fosse remain visible from the northwest to the northeast.
In pasture, on top of a ridge. A roughly circular area (diam. 32m) defined by a scarp (H 1.2m) W-SSE. The interior is truncated by a field boundary and trackway at SW. Slight traces of an external fosse (Wth 3m) are evident NW-NNE. An arc of a possible second fosse NW-SE visible in an aerial photograph (GSIAP, G 291-0) c. 10m outside the inner fosse, is not visible at ground level.
