embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Cloonsillagh, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a subcircular grass-covered area on the SE-facing slope of a drumlin, bounded partly by a low earthen bank and elsewhere by a carp and hedge that act as a field bank. A complete outer fosse surrounds the site and extends into a pond on the north-east, while no visible entrance remains. Two other raths lie within 200 metres to the northwest and southeast.

On the SE-facing slope of a drumlin. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 34m N-S; 30m E-W) defined by a low earthen bank (Wth 2.2-3m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.4m at N to 1.1m at E) WNW-E-S and by a carp (H 0.9m) and hedge elsewhere which acts as a field bank, with a complete outer fosse (Wth of top 3.8-6m; Wth of base 2m at N to 4.1m at E; D 0.3-0.5m) which is extended into a pond NW-E.
