What is recorded here

One of two cross-slabs in Cloondara, the subrectangular stone lies near an early medieval church, its double-lined cross still visible inside a circle. People may have placed it beside a grave or marked a sacred boundary before the graveyard took its present shape. The finished symbol suggests a steady hand and a clear purpose, even if the names and events behind it have faded.
