Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Clooncoose (boyle By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. The D-shaped grass-covered area sits towards the top of a small drumlin and is defined by a low scarp, though an east-west roadway cuts through its northern edge.
Marked only on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated towards the top of the SSW-facing slope of a small drumlin. D-shaped grass-covered area (dims 32m E-W; 23m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 0.2-1m) E-S-W. There is no visible fosse or entrance, and it is truncated at N by an E-W roadway.
