An ash roundwood which lay horizontally on the surface of the bog (L 2.2m; diam. 0.145m). The condition of the wood was very poor. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1993. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
