What is recorded here
Mortars and cement still mark the edge of that forgotten chamber. You can stand inside the concrete now, but the chamber itself has vanished. The numbers and coordinates belong to a room no longer visible. What remained is the shape of its absence, waiting for someone to remember the difference between recording a place and understanding it.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as RATH. Recorded period: E.CHRIST.. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
