Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1860. Pitched slate roof with roughcast-rendered chimneystack, rendered eaves course and uPVC rainwater goods with cast-iron down pipe. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with render plinth, sill band to first floor and channelled quoins to front (north) elevation. Square-headed window openings with render sills and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with raised render surround having lozenge detail, timber panelled door surmounted by overlight.

The slightly irregularly placed windows add to the charm of this house. It is one of the few buildings in the streetscape to retain much of its historic character, particularly seen in the sash windows and render door surround.
