Fairy fort in Cleen, County Leitrim: a grass-covered D-shaped ringfort, 28m by 26m, with a 0.6-1m scarp and an 8m outer berm, its west side damaged and south edge cut by a field bank and drain. A moated site lies about 30m to the north. The entrance is no longer identified, but the shape still reads as a made place: a small strongholds in a valley beside a stream, where people may have kept animals, stored things or marked ownership of good land.

Located in a SE-NW valley with a stream immediately to the W. This is a grass-covered D-shaped area (dims 28m E-W; 26m N-S) defined by a slight scarp (H 0.6-1m) which is accompanied by an outer berm (Wth c. 8m) resulting from damage at the W side (L 14m). The enclosure is also truncated by an E-W field bank and drain at S. The original entrance is not identified. The moated site (LE015-162----) is c. 30m to the N.
