Inis Mór is an island and the uplands belong to it. The hut site is on those uplands. The arc of walling is seven metres long and rises above a large irregular cairn of field clearance stones. A hut may have stood there before the stones were moved to clear a field. The distinction still matters because a dwelling wall and a field boundary can look alike once both are buried.

On uplands towards SW coast of Inis Mór. All that survives is an arc of walling (L 7m) projecting above a large irregular cairn of field clearance stones. Possibly the remains of a hut.
