In rough hill pasture, on an E-W terrace sheltered by a high rocky ridge to the S and just NW of the summit of Knockaughna. The remains of a rectangular hut site (3.7m N-S; 2.9m E-W) defined by the collapsed lower courses of a drystone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.35m) at the W, N and E, and by the vertical face of outcropping rock at the S. Rubble is scattered within the W half of the interior.
