What is recorded here
Carrowreagh and Craignacally hold four clear cups and two doubtful ones on a separate outcrop just east of the main site. The stones sit in County Donegal, waiting for hands that disappeared before written memory. Perhaps a person traced those dimples during a storm, marking time or claiming ground. The doubtful cups still tease the eye, refusing to confirm whether human tool or water erosion shaped them.
Described by Van Hoek as 'Just E of DON 3I (DG003-012009-) is another outcrop with four cups plus two doubtful cups' (Van Hoek 1988, 45).
