Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Carrickhenry is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Carrickhenry, County Sligo, Ireland. The earth and stone bank enclosed a ridge in undulating pasture before railway excavation destroyed the site and piled spoil into its interior.
Situated on a ridge in undulating pasture. The site has been destroyed by the excavation of a railway cutting and spoil has been piled into the interior of the site. It is enclosed by a bank of earth and stone (Wth 4.70m, H 1.50m).
