Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1850, with elliptical-headed carriageway to right ground floor. Reroofed, c.1950. Refenestrated, c.2000. Now in use as offices. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1950, clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows, c.2000. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed uPVC door, c.2000. Elliptical-headed carriageway to right ground floor with timber boarded double doors. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.

A modest-scale house retaining its original form, and contributing to the diversity of the streetscape. The house is distinguished by the presence of a carriageway to the ground floor.
