What is recorded here

Indicated is a ruined fairy fort in West Cork, its earthen bank still standing one and a half metres tall beside a shallow ditch. The site sits on a south-facing pasture slope, cloaked in overgrowth and marked by broken stone facing along the outer edge. It is the kind of place where human memory has thinned into suggestion, leaving only shape, shadow and the feeling that the field still belongs to someone.

In pasture, on S-facing slope. Heavily overgrown circular area enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.3m), with shallow external fosse to NW and W. Ruined stone facing on outer bank face.
