Sweat Ho.

Indicated as a sweat house only on the 1910 ed. of the OS 6-inch map with a house c. 75m to the N. It is situated on the N bank of a W-E stream on the S side of Glenfarne valley. Sweat Ho. is associated with the tradition of sweat houses, often linked to healing rituals and saintly practices in Irish and Scottish folklore.
