Graveslab in Cam marks the daughter of Richard Palmer of Warwick, an English connection preserved on Irish stone. The chamber holds foreign names and local clay, proving that identity often crosses borders before it disappears.

The graveslab (dims 1.98m x 0.89m) beside the Lister slab (RO048-099004-) at the E end of the parish church of Cam (RO048-099001-) could be 17th century in date. Part of the now illegible inscription has been read as: ….DAUGHTER OF RICHARD PALMER OF … IN THE COVNTI OF WARWICK, ESQVIRE….. (Denny 1907, 175).
