What is recorded here

Cairn is an unclassified ancient monument in County Mayo, Ireland. It may have marked a grave, a boundary or a sacred meeting place, but no surviving detail records that purpose. The stones still stand where people once set them, waiting for a witness clever enough to read what they withheld.
