Mangerton Mountain watches the cairn, which still holds its circular shape beneath thick pasture growth. The mixed limestone and sandstone stones mark a small chamber or burial place beside an old hut site, suggesting people lived and remembered death on the same ridge. They may have stood at the edge of the mountain, watching weather come across the valley while the stones kept a name or a body safe.

In a heavily overgrown area of rough pasture, on the S-facing slopes of a ridge, with views S to Mangerton Mountain. A roughly circular cairn (diam. 2.8m; H 0.7m) of both limestone and sandstone stones of assorted sizes. A hut site (KE067-119012-) is c. 14m to the SSW.
