Fire and clay and forgotten hands. A small pit, burnt and buried, still warm in memory. Grange keeps what people thought they had lost.
Pre-development testing in 2004 revealed a small sub-circular feature containing charcoal-rich silty clay and fire-cracked stone (Elder, 2007, 93).The exact location of this monument is unknown. Compiled by: Geraldine Stout Date of upload: 26 August 2011
