Bunacrower is a rough pasture where a rectangular stone rises two metres from the grass, packed at the base by smaller rocks. It faces east and west like a marker for a road no longer walked. The land around it is ancient, human and uncertain, but the stone remains visible and unafraid of forgetting.

In rough undulating pasture. Standing stone (MA118-041----) c. 100m to S. Roughly rectangular in plan (H 2.4m; Wth 0.4m; T 0.2m), main axis orientated E-W. Packing stones protrude at the base.
