What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort in County Mayo, Ireland. It is a roughly circular earthen ring about thirty-six metres across, with a low bank quarried on the northeast edge. Cultivation ridges and rock still mark its interior, linking it to nearby field systems and two other ringforts. People may have lived there before withdrawing into legend, leaving behind a boundary the land still remembers.

In pasture with ringforts, (MA118-043----) to NE and (MA118-045----) to E. Roughly circular-shaped area (36m N-S; 32m E-W), enclosed by earthen bank (H 0.5m), quarried on NE. Cultivation ridges and rock outcrop in interior. Possibly associated with field system (MA118-165----). The above description has been derived from D.
