Bullaun stone in Carrigeen East: Carrigeen East, County Galway, Ireland. No unique visible place or event is recorded for that name.

This is one of two possible bullaun stone recorded by McCaffrey (1952, 222-3),who noted that there were 'two stone basins … serving as an adjunct to a sheepwash' in the field to the S of the chapel (GA104-092003). One was 'rectangular', the other [GA104-092005-] was 'D-shaped'. On inspection in June 1992 they could not be located. Compiled by: Galway Archaeological Survey, UCG Date of upload: 29 January 2020
