Grave Yard stands on the northwest edge of Myross woods in County Cork, holding headstones from the late 19th century to the present day. A Church of Ireland church occupies its centre, anchoring the subrectangular ground where local families have marked loss for generations. The woods press close, giving the place a quiet depth, as if the living and dead share the same breath of West Cork air.
