Marked as a circular enclosure on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map and as a fragment of a bank on the 1929 ed. It is situated on a gentle SW-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 52.5m N-S; 49m E-W) defined by a defaced earthen bank (Wth 3.8m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.7m) SE-SSW (C 22m) and by a low scarp (H 0.25m) SSW-NNW. A field bank at E curves to avoid the perimeter. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance.
