Church (in Ruins)

Reference to altar 19 in. long, 14 wide and 11 deep with cut stone sides (Carrigan 1905, vol. 2, 283). No visible surface remains. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Laois' (Dublin Stationery Office, 1995) compiled by P. David Sweetman, Olive Alcock and Bernie Moran.
