Wheel pit (Wth 1.58m) on S elev.; overshot-cast iron waterwheel with segment wheel attached to arms. Pinion engaged externally. Power was transmitted by pulley system operating a pair of millstones on 1st floor. Bramford Rapid Roller Mill and Turner Grinding Mill also in use. Grain drying kiln at NW end structure.
