What is recorded here

Situated on a natural rise of ground which falls steeply to the S and W and gently to the N and E. Not indicated on the 1st ed. OS 6-inch map. On the latest ed. it appears as a semicircular enclosure with a field boundary (roughly N-S) forming the straight side. Not visible at ground level.
