In wet pasture, 35m N of a stream that runs into the Morningstar and 290m E of Ballynahinch House. A rectangular enclosure (LI048-018----) lies 70m to the NW. Not marked on historic OSi maps. Outline of earthwork visible on oblique aerial photograph taken 21/07/1967 (CUCAP ADT057). Monument visible as a raised rectangular-shaped area (dims. c. 79m NW-SE; 50 NE-SW) defined by a scarp with fosse from N-E-S and a relic watercourse running NW-SE at W on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages.
