What is recorded here

Bogland and long grass hide the fort now, but it is still marked as a cashel, a stone ringfort in Ballylannidy. The fairy fort name may be local story rather than fact, yet it fits the place: something old, half buried, and better watched than touched. People may have lived inside the stones before the grass took them back.
