Ahatemple Graveyard is a rectangular and western extension of buried local life beside the medieval church ruins in County Limerick. Its post-1700 stone wall, southern gate and Lady's Well give the place a shape that can be walked, touched and remembered. People may have come here to mourn, pray, draw water or simply sit with the dead until the boundary between living and lost became thin.

The medieval church ruins (LI049-086002-) of Ahatemple stands in centre of graveyard which consists of a rectangular-shaped area (approx. dims. 48m N-S x 37m E-W) enclosed by post-1700 stone wall with entrance gate at S.
