Ballygorman still holds a circular stone foundation barely half a metre high, its west and north faces stripped of material while a possible northern entrance faces the foreshore. The hut stood close to the church, small enough for one person or a small family, yet large enough to keep rain off a fire, a child or a sleeping body. Its stones may have built another wall elsewhere, but the hollow circle remains a marker for the lost person who first called that coastal edge home.

Internal diam. 3.5m. A circular foundation .6m high consisting of two outer drystone facings with a small stone core. The wall is .65m wide but is robbed on the W and N sides. There is a possible entrance on the N side. It is situated almost on the foreshore close to the church (DG002-002001-).
