Settlement deserted is a settlement deserted (medieval) in Ballyfinboy, County Tipperary, Ireland. It occupies a low natural rock outcrop above low-lying pastureland, with the Ballyfinboy River to the north. The Patent Rolls of James I identify the castle, town and lands of Bealafinwoy as part of the estate of Dermot Mc Philip More O'Kennedy. No settlement earthworks are visible at ground level around the adjacent Ballyfinboy tower house.

Situated on a low rise of natural rock outcrop in low-lying pastureland with the Ballyfinboy River to the N. In the Patent Rolls of James I there is a reference to the 'Castle, town and Lands of Bealafinwoy', which were part of the estate of Dermot Mc Philip More O'Kennedy (Cal. pat.
