What is recorded here

Ballydaly once hid a man-made underground passage inside its ringfort, but levelling around 1976 erased the entrance and every visible trace. Broker noted the passage in 1937, giving it a name before the land itself forgot it. What remains is a hollow absence, a hole in the story where stone and shadow should still meet.

In ringfort (8016). Mentioned by Broker (1937, 43) as 'underground passage'. According to local information, Man-made underground passage destroyed during levelling of ringfort c. 1976.
