Detached four-bay single-storey outbuilding with half-attic, c.1875, retaining original aspect with square-headed carriageway to right ground floor. Now disused. Pitched slate roof with red clay ridge tiles, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted (lime washed) lime rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and timber fittings. Square-headed door openings with timber panelled doors. Square-headed carriageway to right ground floor with timber panelled doors. Set in own grounds perpendicular to road with side (south-east) elevation fronting on to road.

An attractive outbuilding of modest form and appearance, which retains its original form and character, and which contributes to the visual appeal of the street scene of Priest’s Road.
