What is recorded here
Indicated was a twenty-metre fairy fort in Limerick pasture, erased before human memory faded. The 1841 survey captured its curve, but later ploughing removed the boundary and the fort itself. What remained was an absent shape, present only in the line drawn across grass that no longer remembered it.
In level pasture. Monument, depicted as semi-circular enclosure (diam. c. 20m) on N side of E-W field boundary on 1841 OS 6-inch map, has been levelled and field boundary removed. No trace of monument evident when inspected.
