Weir is a weir (fish) in Ballybeg (Tullaghmelan parish), Greenmount, County Tipperary, Ireland. The 1654 to 1656 Civil Survey recorded half of a weir on the River Shewer beside the Ballybegg lands, which Walter Prendergast held in 1640. The 2011 compilation left the weir unlocated within Ballybeg.

According to the Civil Survey (1654-6) in 'Ballybegg' there 'belongeth to the sd lands the one halfe of a weire wch is upon the River of Shewer close by the sd lands' which in 1640 was under the proprietorship of 'Walter Prendergast of Ballybegg gent' (Simington 1931, vol. 1, 325-6).
