The following description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Carlow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 17 July 2007 Shown on 1908 'OS 6-inch' map as bank encircling church site (CW019-034001-), except at NW where farm buildings are shown on line of bank (max. diam. c. 60m N-S). Levelled about fifteen years ago.
