Situated on a S-facing slope of rising ground in undulating countryside two nearby possible enclosure sites (TN008-031,TN008-032) to the NW. Depicted on the 1843 ed. OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure. Not visible at ground level. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
